No Internet from ISP Fly.cool

I have been with the Fly.cool ISP for 2 months and no internet for the past week. I have email them and no response. Worse terrible ISP ever , no communication with them as they dont have customer service. I have paid everything , very worse that they dont care about clients. This is the worse ever . I really need answers for this.
