No internet for a full 25 hours

Fly cool has not answered any of the emails I have sent the Wi-Fi is showing a ref light I’ve been trying to get hold of them even on their whatsapp number nobody has contacted me on their side I’m even thinking of changing my entire family to go to another service provider.
