No internet for 1 month and I am not getting a solution from Flycool

I have been with no internet for a month now. I have been reporting this issue to them on a daily basis using the Whatsapp number and always I'm told the matter is being escalated but nothing is happening. For the past 2 days, I am unable to get connected to their agents on whatsapp. I am really unhappy because this service is terrible and I want my money to be refunded. I can't pay money for nothing
