No internet connection

I am utterly disappointed with thecustomer service from this isp. I have a logged a fault for my Fibre issue ref no:***3 . Technicians came out but was unable to solve my issue. They told that another was going to come out the next day but no one pitched up. I have sent multiple emails with no response from them. This is my second issue with this isp. I would not recommend them.
