No internet connection

I would actually rate zero stars if possible… this service is appalling, I installed the fibre on Monday, it worked throughout Wednesday, on Thursday and today still no internet connection. I work from home and getting this kind of problem is just putting my work behind and leaves me frustrated. I paid for a full month service but it looks like my days at shortened with their inconvenience. WhatsApp line doesn’t work, they respond to emails hours later with no solutions. I want my money back, this ridiculous
