No internet and ****ty service
This company used to have great customer care unfortunately that seems to have slipped through the cracks. They have no contact number to call and everytime I try to whatsapp them I'm greeted by an AI. Once I try to explain my problem to a robot I'm told to wait while I am put through to a person but I've been waiting for 3 hours now and I tried to message three different numbers.

As a company how can you not have a contact number for customers to use, the whatsapp system doesn't work and you continue to get bad reviews from customers in an attempt to get your companies attention.
It's frustrating to a customer that we need to talk to and AI and don't get any feedback or response from an actual agent.
