No form of communication
You can never get through to anyone for assistance. System seems to be always offline and the alternatives provided never seems to work. I have been sending emails with no response or acknowledgement requesting my invoices. I have tried the online chat option since the morning waiting for an agent to assist and tried WhatsApp number since Zoe the AI asked my detail and no response. So very disappointed with form of communication with Fly. Cool
