Good day I took up a Fibre package with fly. Cool at the end of August. When subscribing, I request a debit order for it. Today I have no internet access, and it is like looking for a needle in a hay stack trying to get hold of these people. The debit order has not gone off my account, which is obviously the reason why I have no internet. But I cannot get hold of these people. They have a whatsapp number, that I have been messaging since 7am, but to no avail.

01 Oct 2021, 10:00Still no communication from these people. I work from home so I need my internet access. I am having to purchase data now so that I can work which I feel is totally unfair, as I pay R500 for my subscription from these people.
