No connection at new address

I've contacted your support team to assist me with connection at a new place. It's still not done. And now I've suspended the debit because I want this dealt with before we can proceed. Connection is important as I use it for work and school and streaming. So it's an inconvenience not to have access on time

Good day, I noticed you tried to reach me again today, but unfortunately as I've stated, I'lf I'm not at work then I'm busy with exams which are active now. My phone was off but I'll be available around 5pm today or tomorrow anytime. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Please stop calling if you're going to hangup each time I answer. I told you I need connection, I don't know what's so difficult about that. Your service is always giving problems. Today I'm available the whole day and instead of assisting me, your consultant is busy buzzing me

And why make calls far apart for attempts to get in touch with someone? Call first time then follow up, if a person is unavailable they'll reject the call, I answered yours today and both were hung up and my wife now thinks you're playing games

Since you didn't call today when I was waiting and expecting your call, If you're planning to call tomorrow Friday on the 3rd Nov, just know I won't be available as I'll writing my exams. This is why I come here to complain because here you claim to go above and beyond but in reality you're proving to be unreliable. I'm asking for what I'll be paying for and have been paying for consistently so

Since the 25th of oct I contacted you about this, and seeking your service as a customer, but to this day your efforts have not shown how valued I am to you. Even when last we spoke I asked you to call the following day Saturday and it's Tuesday now. And if you can't assist me over the phone why not send a technician to our house? Since you wanna incur costs. I tried just giving you my SN from my router but each time I got a new consultant asking me very same questions
