Limited options
Recently joined flycool for fiber and emailed to enquire if I can change plans to allow for faster upload and download speed. When checking available packages there was one I was considering for R659pm 50 mbps upload and 50 mbps download. Only to enquire and be told that because its a core package that is only available in suburbs and not townships. Flycool this is ************** on another level. So to have access to your core services I need to live in specific area why are we only given 3 option to select from because we live in Soweto. This option is on your site when I check my address so why am I unable to change to it when my first month is over. Funny these options aren't given to people in Soweto they come with month free or free router but no because we live in Soweto we must be ok with your standard packages , either R389 with 20Mbps down and 10Mbps, R499 40Mbps down and 10 Mbps up or R799 100Mbps 100Mbps down and 50 Mbps up what if we also want the R659, 819 or 925 packages.

Don't get your response you may not have all the core packages in our area, however if you are able to provide @R799 the 100mbps (100mbps down and 50mbps up) but you are telling me you don't have the 50Mbps (50mbps down and 50 up). Please clarify.
