Lack of feedback on customer queries

Yet again you choose to ignore customer complaints. I've realized one thing about Vuma/ Fly.cool, they have alot work to do when it comes to services,it's very poor. Fly.cool doesn't even have a call centre accept WhatsApp line that no one cares to respond. We get a generic response from emails and there's no proper escalation process. I've laid a complaint since the 23rd of Oct and no one cares enough to help me. Your service is really appaulling
