You pay cash then you service gets suspended in 28 days,they are forcing peoplt to pay via debit order but dont debit the date you give then.Im dealing with Kaitlyn and Chleo but they never get back to the customer.What kind of service is this.There is no contact details to speak to a manager,only this whatsapp number and they come back to you when they want sometimes not at all.

We would also like to point out that we have two payment option that give clients access to the internet for different number of days. Our easy pay option only gives clients connection for 28 days and our debit order option gives clients internet access for the entire month.
I see that you have just done a service change to debit order, you can be assured that you will have access to the internet for the entire month and your subscription will be debited on your preferred debit date.
