Irate customer

Good day

I register with Fly Cool first week on November and I paid my R400 as per the agent who was assisting me .The was a delay on the installation side finally it was done on the 18/11/2024 and on the 19/11/2024 I was able to use the WIFI .Last night around 10:00 pm my WIFI was not working I send what to the number I got on the internet and still didn't get assistance and I have emailed as well but nothing . What I dont understand is why Flycool does not have call center number so that we can speak to an agent not a robot .
