Installation not done

I made a payment on the 25 of May and they confirmed receipt of payment . I have sent everything that was requested proof of payment proof of res I've been awaiting a call since 26 May even now I haven't been installed or received a call. Next thing month end they will debit but no installation. Sent an email and a response saying it has been escalated twice already. Sent messages on facebook still got the same response I should wait. So how long must I wait
