I'm happy with the internet connection

I'm happy with the internet connection. The only thing that I'm not happy about is the poor customer service. I wanted a downgrade and I struggled to get one, I even resorted to canceling my package. You're are unreachable and that is unprofessional and that makes one to lose trust in you as a service provider. In the end, after long search and means of contacting you I got help and the downgrade that I needed. I would like you to do better when it comes to customer service, be reachable to your clients. Overall I'm happy.
