I'm duk! I just about had it with Fly.cool what a *** service provider

Unacceptable service from Fly.cool.- wrongful disconnection & Ignored cancellation requests. Fly.cool is refusing to honor my month to month contract despite paying on time they deactivate my WiFi by 27 every month leaving me without service for 4 days. I've been trying to cancel my subscription with them for seven days via email and chat but they've ignored every request. I am now unable to go with another service provider until I cancel my Vumatel line with fly.cool. Terrible customer service and breach of contract, Would not recommend fly.cool to anyone.
