I would love to give a 5 star rating for the two people within this company. Mara if I do it will go for Flycool which is undeserving. 5 stars to Aphile and Thapelo for great customer service. I really appreciate them so much. I have once gave a positive feedback about Aphile that lady deserves a raise. Thapelo is most amazing and I really really thank him for trying to help me and his very understanding. Thapelo and Aphile stay amazing hope this company recognise the good work you guys put in and saving me as a customer from almost cancelling. Flycool you have the best in these two agents and am hoping you treat them well. Thapelo and Aphile loads of love to you guys. Keep up the good work. 🖤
