I would like to report a matter here I paid for a fibre wifi in March with Vuma Flycool

I would like to report a matter here I paid for a fibre wifi in March with Vuma Flycool. The guys came to install but my landlord had a problem with the installation so i cancelled it the could not install. They said they will refund the money that i paid they even asked for my banking details i gave them but i have not received the money i am still waiting.
