I sent a message and...
I sent a message and was told ill be routed to a human collegue waited hours yet when i got a responce it only gave me 15 mins to respond before they closed the call and i had to do it all over.... This happened twice.... Today i had to keep my pho e on my hands to make sure i dont miss their responce
