I paid my WiFi last...
I paid my WiFi last week but your company fly cool busy wanting R89 for what I don't understand

We really appreciate you sharing your experience with so that we can assist you further and give you the clarity and understanding you need from now going forward with regards to your payment.
So, you recently reconnected your account on the 18th of April, and your chosen date for debit is the 26th. On the 18th you paid your monthly subscription of R389.00, then on the 26th you are required to pay ,yes, the R89, which is a pro rata amount, this is so that when the 18th of May comes you are not disconnected from the service and inconvenienced but it will take you to the 26th of May where you will then pay your monthly subscription going forward, thereafter there is no pro rata that is needed because you will be back on your recurring cycle.
We hope this has shed more clarity and understanding.
