Click on the FLY icon and start a conversation to change your password.

Alternatively, for self-service, please follow these steps;
 
You will need to log into the routers web interface,
Under your router will have the web based interface IP address, type it out to your browser while being connected to your Wi-Fi.
The page will in most cases be called epuser, 
The username and password will also be below the IP address, fill in those details and login.
 
From there you will select fast settings
Then change username and password and select next 
Skip the next step as it changes the interface password 
Return to homepage
Password change successfully
  
Make sure you reboot the router for 5 minutes after to sync the new credentials.

If you cannot see the IP address and password, please use the following to login
192.168.18.1
Username: Epuser
Password: userEp
