I need my refund Vuma.telI
I paid money for a service in January till today I had not received any service. End of February I requested for a refund till today I haven't received my refund. Try to communicate through WhatsApp and Facebook but being ignored, the number that was provided at the time, it's no longer going through. And email was sent to me that my refund will be done within few weeks. It has been months now

The most disappointing part of your company, sales representative are everywhere and as soon as you pay they don't even care. I need my refund please. I don't want anything to do with your company ever.
