I have a connection issue with my WiFi
I have a connection issue with my WiFi. I'm not happy with service level at Vuma in attending to the issue. Today I again checked up on my ticket and spoke to Craig. Exceptional service!!!!! My issue was not resolved but the fact that Craig was attentive, professional and friendly left me feeling like I was at least being heard. And understood. Please give Craig my thanks for being a great customer service agent.
