Horrible service and constant internet connection issues -
Once again no internet connection and zero response or assistance from them. The “refer” you to the “live agent” called “Zoe” - which will assist and give ticket number. Nothing happens - no Zoe or any help. Every single. Time. Not recommended to use them as client services is horrible.
