Fly.NOT.Cool

I would not expect signing up to an ISP would be a difficult process, but Fly.Cool have proved me wrong. I want the internet to be aware of the very shoddy service offered by the Fly.Cool sales team as well as their HELP section. So shoddy is the service that I have been ignored by them on email, and on twitter. I simply wanted to sign up for a deal before the end of March. I had a troubleshooting issue so I contacted their HELP email. Nothing was ever done or completed and now I am being ignored. They treated me very poorly and when I brought it to their attention absolutely no sh*ts were given. Fly.Cool are NOT cool at all.
