This is the worst experience ever ,i was looking to install fibre for my parents on the 3rd of Jan i contated one of the rep he can to my house he promised the installation will take place with 3/ 4 working days wich never happened ,three weeks later i decided to cancell cause it took the whole jan ,now a struggle is a refund sent banking datails on the 24th of Jan today when i make follow up they said i didn't request a refund, i this your Facebook portal and WHATSAPP line is waste of resources ,it doesn't help they don't care ,they killing the business, ref are not provided, we are not allowed to speak to SUPERVISOR ,s**** the whole management to grow your businesses , i moved to mweb i won't refer anyone that i care of
