"I requested a refund after realizing that I was charged for a service that isn’t even available in my area. Despite reaching out multiple times—sending two emails and having several chats with support—no one has resolved my issue. The agents either disconnect the chat or ignore my request for a manager. It has now been over a month and a half, and I still haven't received my refund. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Beware of this company!"
