Flycool underwritten by VUMATEL is a ****

These people are underwritten by vumatel. You can't get hold of them via phonecard, it's whatsapp or emails of which they take forever to respond. I made my payment and to my surprise network not working due to non payment. I've been sending emails and whatsapp but no reply. So I decided to contact Vumatel since they are the ones who hooked me up with FLYCOOL. Now their response is they can see that my last payment was on the previous month. Now I've been asking why don't you get hold of them since you're the middle man. R389.00 for me is alot of money. Now my emails to VUMATEL has been blocked and FLYCOOL is still not answering
