Fly.cool THE MOST USELESS ISP
Absolutely terrible since the first month we had them. We gave them our details for debit order and yet every month without fail they do not take out the funds. So we are left without internet for 3 days sometimes more. Depends how long it takes for us to get in contact with someone. Their whatsapp robot is useless, it used to send payment link but now it says this exactly :

There is no link at ALL!
Online operators are useless as well, it's the same response. You cannot speak to any human beings working for this company. It's just robots. I'm so fed up with having to look for payment links every month without fail.
I want to cancel. But how do we even do that?! Searched online, it says to login and do it there but the service desk doesn't not even read the messages. No help at all from service desk.
Please can someone help me cancel this service as soon as possible, I want to move over to another service provider.

Please note that you are on easypay and in order to change to debit order you would need to contact us 2 days before your service expires in order for us to do the change.
