FLYCOOL TAKING MONEY FOR SERVICE NOT RENDERED

Last month I paid Flycool to reactivate my network connection. They did not instead they called me to say due to unsafety on the area they cannot come, I then requested a refund of my money, they agreed to refund me. No refund up to today and shock of my life they took another money, for a service that is not there. Flycool I need my money. I am done talking to a robot on whatsapp
