Flycool still owes me a refund fron last month and now it ****es me off that my services have been stopped while you guys owe me

Flycool still owes me a refund fron last month and now it ****es me off that my services have been stopped while you guys owe me. How difficult will it be to redirect my refund to my payment for this month? I have to pay but you owe me😡😡😡😡😡

Please accept our sincere apologies. It is very unfortunate that you have had to go through this unpleasant experience 

Kindly note that the refund is being process and we are unable to transfer the funds as it is 2 different payment plans. Once again please do accept our apology and please give us time to resolve the query

It is the 11th June and still no funds in my account. I was told yesterday that i will not be getting it since there is a backlog. I want my money today, its over a month now
