Flycool service

Flycool is just a nightmare. They don't value their clients. I recently had to apply for a new bank card as my old one expired. I've been trying to get help from Flycool for 3 days now as the link that they sent me is not accepting my new card details.Been trying to reach out to get assistance seems there's no one on the other side. I don't care how busy it gets however you make it a point to respond and help till the end, their service hasn't changed at all. It takes consultants 8hrs to respond on their chatbot and they are very quick on closing the chat before they are even sure that the customer has been helped properly. No one responds from all their communication platforms on time. This is a nightmare, such an inconvenience.
