Most pathetic service ever every month the services are down couple days before it can end and couple days after you make payment,there's no contact number for them as well besides WhatsApp that to the agents come and exit the chat so fast they keep saying the same **** over and over about rebooting the router did everything possible and still having issues for getting services.you have to wait for hours until you get someone to chat to and then they tell you the same damn **** about rebooting router which never works...can someone tell me how can I get assistance urgently cause already paid for the services this month..
