Fly.cool poor service

I had an issue with the easy pay reference number once and one of the agents provided me with a pay fast link, ever since fly.cool deducts the money from my account on the 1st of every month and still let's me pay via easypay as well, I have sent numerous of emails following this up and has not received a single response, this is honestly dissapointing as I now pay twice every month and the customer service team is so poor in communication.
