Fly.Cool not so Cool

This is by far the worst experience that we have had with an ISP. My mother signed up for Fibre and requested a debit order for the 1st of every month, however they tried to take the monies on the 25th of the month then again on the 27th (which accumulates bank charges) . This happened in February and eventually they took the money on the 5th of March then again in March tried to deduct before the debit date and now it is the 12th day of April and no one calls her (after numerous emails and whatsapps) and her fibre is still off. We will not recommend Fly.Cool to anyone. Can someone please get in contact with my mother her number is ***. If not she will have no choice but to move to another ISP. This is really ridiculous that you can not call someone with regards to a service that they are supposed to render.
