Fly.cool not happy with you

Hi my nane is Adri i am very unhappy with fly.cool internet. i paid twice my account for uncaped fibre still no interbet the best of all is i spoke with so many agents and tell me they wil send a tecnition out my router is not working i report that but stil no awnser please help it is unesecpetble
