Fly.cool, NOT cool!!!

What kind of a business is unreachable on all of their advertised communication?

I am supposed to have internet installed at my residence. I made payment on the 27th of June in hopes of having internet installed by Monday or Tuesday according to their sales rep, who cannot give me answers except keep “keep your phone on you”

I am still without internet on Wednesday, I am unable to get hold of Fly.cool ANYWHERE, so I’m clearly unable to cancel too.

Im supposed to be working from home, you can imagine the inconvenience, having to buy data in drips hoping I will get a call anytime😔

I would not recommend any business that has a non efficient customer care line at-least.
