Fly.Cool NEVER contactable Ridiculous service

I am not sure if these people are fly by nights, but nothing is ever actioned correctly. They are not contactable on any numbers. They do not service their clients after sign up. Please be careful. We want cancel this service , however no one is available. PLEASE HELP ME ! SOME ONE ? ANYONE?
