Flycool needs to sort out their staff and technicians

Worst service ever my mife and I recently got out installation done and till date we have not revived our passwords for us to use the services when we were told to make payment we did so with no complain yet the service we are receiving is appalling I am very disappointed with the service from flycool and to think I actually recommend them to my family and friends. Very disappointed
