Flycool is whack
Flycool has got to the worst the company!!! Why is trying to get hold of you such a mission? I sent a text day before yesterday which was responded exactly after 24hours, unfortunately at the time I had load reduction and my network was bad and they decided to cut conversation because "I delayed to respond" yet the wait wasn't even 30mins long!!! It's always a struggle having to get hold of you, hai niyabora maan... I NEED ASSISTANCE, YERRRRR!!! I don't understand why you even have that WhatsApp number nxaaa, oh also going to their Soweto offices is just as useless, you will find those ladies acting like you're disturbing them, only happy to assist new clients because they get commission for registering them mxm.
