flycool IS THE WORST ISP!

They are the worst ISP ever. I was deducted money for a service that was not received, for two months. In those two months I was begging for a package downgrade. My service was instead cut off in place of the downgrade, after two months. I have not received my refund yet, in two months. Their agents tell you conflicting information, their responses are so lazy and without any sense of urgency. When you ask for information and direction as to how to get assistance, they just send you a generic email, and you have to wait at least two more days to maybe get another generic response from them. They have no ticket system so there is no reference number provided, you just have to trust their 'useful' agents.
