I'm waiting for more then 14days for my refund a double debt that went off They first said they can see it on the system and the refund was sent threw to be processed it takes 7-14days now they say they only see one payment I sent them a statement with proof and when I sent it threw the agents just left the chat utter disgrace and poor service they are one of the worst internet providers I won't recommend them to any1 I was going to cancel there service in December but I first want my refund
