Fly.cool bad service

To say that flycool suck is an understatement. There is no customer care service. It's been nearly 12 hours is still no response via email, WhatsApp or their online chat. My internet is off and nobody is getting back to me.

Even after struggling for more than a week to get the service activated, and it's now only been active for 10 days.

I strongly suggest avoiding this ISP. I'll be moving to another ISP soon.
