Fly.COOL ARE ****MERS
I contacted fly.cool on the 1st of June to sign up to their home WiFi. They initial lady asked me for all my details, which I had provided her with. There after there was no response and my WhatsApps were being ignored.
I reached out again and was assisted by Cyril.who eventually got things going and sent me a payment link to do the payment. I was told that within 2 days of making the payment the technicians would come out to install and I would be set up.
I made payment of the 9th of June to date I am still not connected, all efforts to contact anyone from this company has failed dismally.
If you are looking for a company with professional service please DO NOT use FLY.COOL.
I want my money back immediately!!!!!!!!

By when would I be activated or I want my money back!!!!
You have not advised what the problem is or when it will be resolved????
This is now a service failure but clearly your company and management does not care about your reputation!!!

Kindly note that installers advise that network is not pulling from the pole to the router.
