Flycool

Vumatel install fibre in our area and they sold this fibre to community and we were interested in it. I even cancelled my previous one that I was using which is Rain. When I apply, I had to choose one company because there are few of them subbing under one company, then I chose Flycool. This morning I have no internet and trying to contact them with email, no response, their whatsapp no has days not working. I don't know were to get hold them. I've joined their side on Facebook, people are complaining about flycool, their service it's so pathetic. No direct contact number where you can get hold of them. They can't just switched off my data without letting me know why they do that and it's not even month end.
