Fly cool ****ty service

The worst internet service provider , if they agents are from sales they are rude and arrogant and don't want to assist ,after all why is there a number on the net if the person can't not assist as they from sales neither can they get there correct department to assist, the sales agent is rude as hell, clearly stated please leave a review for pathetic service ,that's how they treat clients,I work from home internet is down since 3 days ago all I have been doing is leaving my details and keep getting a text or email to say it's been escalated , the days I'm loosing at work will not be compensated by fly cool or vumatel neither to I need it ,but get ur agents trained ! As they seems to not know what they doing ,why have a live chat ,when there's no point of being assisted,it takes them forever to respond or answer
