Fly .cool stold my money and wont return it.

Im furious fly.cool are the pitts when you cancel due to poor service they still debit your money from your account thats been closed if i cancelled fly.cool how or why would they take my money Money was taken at the end of September 2024 todays date 10 February 2025 to date have not recieved my monies back after numerous emails as there is no way of getting a hold of fly.cool i sent bank statements as proof how much more do they need from a person just give me back my money please its simple you email them they tell you speak to vuma you speak to vuma they tell you no speak to fly.cool thry took your money they should return it now it seems i must get my lawyer involved for my R399 its my money i would like it returned ENOUGH DO THE RIGHT THING FLY.COOL ITS CALLED THEFT.
