Fly cool not so cool

I am so dissappointed with the service from fly.cool. After paying upfront for installation they came out connected me on the 13 May my service switched off on the 28th unexpectedly due to a outage on their side.There is no call centre number one can call anf their whatsapp line you just get the automated responses i keep getting a ticket no that they assigned a team to come out but im getting no help i would not reccommend this company as an isp to anyone its a nightmare and lookd like over 90 percent of custimers suffer the sane fate with them.Fly.cool please cancel my subscription because i am not getting to enjoy my 28 days of wifi that i paid for and im now also havibg to spend more on data because you cant resolve your issues
