Fly cool customer service is non existent
The worst customer service ever. Actually non existent. There's just no way of getting in touch. Emails are never rep**** to or acknowledged. WhatsApp numbers change all the time and even when you're lucky enough for someone to respond, because I've been left unattended and unassisted for hours and even days, they randomly stop helping you before you even state what your problem is. There's no number to call. The app has a section to create a ticket for help but even that never gets any acknowledgement. Today I've tried ALL DAY. And all I want to do is MAKE A PAYMENT. Why is this so difficult??!! Finally got the new WhatsApp number, only to be assisted by an AI that kept repeating the same messages but not helping me. Asked to speak to a human, was told one would assist me shortly. That was more than 6 hours ago. Frustrating.
