Fly.Cool is an amazing internet provider. Affordable as well. There are improvements to be made especially with communication with customers. When there are issues with the connection there wont be any communication with us as the customers to let us know about the connection problem as well as the WhatsApp line. Sometimes I'd wait for 30min-1hour for a response from a webchat agent. However, these are minor issues I have with fly.Cool as a wifi provider that can surely be sorted out in no time. They do resolve your issue as soon as they can and always ask if you need any other help besides the issue at hand. So I'd rate them 4stars...for now.
